About Me
Software Engineering student passionate about clean code and building reliable applications
Who I Am
Hello, my name is Alireza Oftadeh. I am a motivated bilingual Software Engineering student with a strong interest in software development and building practical, reliable applications. I focus on writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving my technical skills through hands-on projects.
My Education
I am currently studying Software Engineering at Ter AA in the Netherlands in a bilingual (Dutch–English) program that emphasizes modern programming, software design, and real-world project work.
Drone Challenge Project
At school, I was selected as one of four students to join the Drone Challenge team as a software developer. In this project, we are developing an autonomous drone capable of navigating independently, detecting objects, collecting waste, and delivering it to a designated drop zone. This experience strengthens my skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and applied software development.
My Projects & Experience
In my free time, I work on personal programming projects, including the development and maintenance of a custom FiveM server using the Lua programming language. I also manage my own website and hosting environment using cPanel, which has given me experience with deployment, database management, and basic server configuration.
Languages & Interests
I am fluent in Dutch, English, and Persian, and I am currently learning Spanish. Outside of software development, I enjoy running, listening to music, and scuba diving.
